ติกรพรขอนำเรียนกรณีศึกษาการที่เทศบาลตำบล ม.ไม่จ่ายเงินโบนัสให้แก่หัวหน้าฝ่ายส่งเสริมและสวัสดิการสังคม จึงไม่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย
     ต่อมาหัวหน้าฝ่ายส่งเสริมและสวัสดิการสังคม (ผู้ฟ้องคดี) รายดังกล่าว จึงนำคดีมาฟ้องต่อศาลปกครองให้เทศบาล (ผู้ถูกฟ้องคดี) จ่ายเงินให้แก่ผู้ฟ้องคดี โดยเทศบาล(ผู้ถูกฟ้องคดี) อ้างว่า ตามหนังสือสำนักงาน ก.จ.ก.ท.และ ก.อบต.ด่วนที่สุด ที่ มท 0809.3/ว 27 ลงวันที่ 29 ธันวาคม 2559 ข้าราชการ ลูกจ้าง พนักงานจ้างที่มีสิทธิได้รับเงินรางวัลประจำปี จะต้องมีระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานไม่น้อยกว่า 8 เดือน ในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นที่สังกัด จนถึง 30 กันยายน ข้ออ้างดังกล่าวของเทศบาล (ผู้ถูกฟ้องคดี) จึงไม่อาจรับฟังได้
     กล่าวคือ ให้เทศบาลจ่ายเงินโบนัสให้แก่ผู้ฟ้องคดี คำพิพากษาศาลปกครองสูงสุด คดีหมายเลขดำที่ อ.562/2565 คดีหมายเลขแดง ที่ อ733/2566 (ค้นโดยนิติกรพร)
